Instruction:

Meine Frau und ich (Verpassen - Präsens) oft die Sicherheitskontrolle, wenn wir nicht früh genug am Flughafen sind. Beim Check-in (Kontrollieren - Präsens) der Mitarbeiter unsere Reisepässe und Tickets. Gestern (Verpassen - Perfekt) wir fast unseren Flug (Verpassen - Perfekt) , weil wir uns nicht genug (Sich beeilen - Perfekt) haben. Dieses Mal möchte ich sicher sein, dass wir pünktlich sind. Wenn wir spät (Ankommen - Präsens) , dann können wir den Abflug nicht mehr schaffen.

I hurry (to hurry - present) a lot this morning because my flight departs at 10 o'clock. My wife and I often miss (to miss - present) the security check when we are not early enough at the airport.
