That's true, but today I fancy some pasta.

Okay, dann nehmen wir heute italienisch und nächste Woche chinesisch.

How about a large salad? It's light but filling.

Das klingt gut, ein Kompromiss für uns beide!

That sounds good, a compromise for both of us!

Example 1

Ich finde, wir sollten zuerst die Kundenbedürfnisse analysieren.

I think we should analyse the customer needs first.

Da stimme ich zu, aber wir müssen auch die Konkurrenz berücksichtigen.

I agree, but we also have to take the competition into account.

Genau, beides ist wichtig, aber die Kunden haben Vorrang.

Exactly, both are important, but the customers have priority.
